Rock Revolution Fund Raising Information... 

Throughout the years we have been very proud to be able to support a wide range of different charities, by offering our services and providing entertainment at different fund raising events. Some of the charities we have supported include Oxfam, Marie Curie, The Lord Mayor's Charity for both Liverpool and Warrington, along with the many charities supported each year by the annual Mossley Hill Beer Festival in Liverpool.

 

Our Chosen Charity is - Caring Matters Now.

This charity offers help and support for people that have the rare genetic condition Congenital Melanocytic Nevus. (CMN)

 

The main aim of the charity is:

• To support those affected by CMN

• To raise awareness about CMN

• To raise funds for the CMN research

 

Currently all of the funding that goes into the research for Congenital Melanocytic Nevus is raised by the charity and without it, the research would probably have to stop. 

 

Today, the CMN support group has over 300 families registered and 11 UK regional support contacts in operation. A small team of those with CMN and parents of children with CMN run the support group which is now a registered charity with the UK Charity Commissions. The charity primarily covers those living in the UK but is also happy to provide support and information to families living internationally.
